The MNOHS Peer Leader Program creates meaningful connections between experienced students and newcomers. Whether you're just starting your online learning journey or ready to guide others, our peer leader program builds community and helps everyone succeed.
The MNOHS Peer Leader Program matches successful MNOHS students with incoming students. Peer Leaders serve as mentors and guides, helping new students navigate online learning and connect with their peers at MNOHS. It's peer-to-peer support that makes a real difference.
If you are enrolling at Minnesota Online High School and would like to participate in the Peer Leader Program, we'd love to have you! You'll need to submit a consent form (signed by a parent/guardian if you're under 18).

If you're a returning MNOHS student interested in becoming a Peer Leader, we want to hear from you! Download the application information below to learn more about requirements and how to apply.
Peer Leaders are trained to support new students during a critical transition. Returning students who were once in the shoes of incoming 9th graders or transfer students understand the challenges and opportunities of online learning. By sharing their experiences and knowledge, Peer Leaders help create a supportive, connected school community where every student can thrive.
Whether you're a new student wanting to join the program, a current student ready to lead, or a parent wanting to learn more, we're here to help. Reach out to us anytime!
