Reading Lab
This year-long intervention course provides individualized reading support for students who would benefit from additional instruction in reading comprehension, vocabulary, fluency, and literacy strategies. Students meet regularly with the Reading Lab teacher to receive targeted instruction based on their individual learning needs while building the skills needed for success across all academic content areas. Instruction focuses on strengthening reading comprehension, critical thinking, study skills, and independent learning strategies. Reading Lab is available by teacher recommendation for students identified through the MNOHS ADSIS program.
