MNOHS Advisory - Thrive
This year-long advisory course provides individualized academic, transition, and postsecondary planning support for students with individualized educational goals. Students meet weekly with their case manager to monitor academic progress, work toward individualized goals and objectives, strengthen self-advocacy skills, and prepare for life after high school. Throughout the course, students explore education, employment, independent living, financial literacy, and personal goal setting while developing an individualized transition plan that supports long-term success.
