During this course, each student will build a creative transition plan based on their post-secondary goals with all the steps needed to reach them.

Standards met: U.S. Department of Labor, The Secretary's Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills (SCANS).

Credit: 0.5

Prerequisites: Current employment.  A Career and Educational Planning course is highly recommended.  The student must meet with the course teacher and the MNOHS counselor before the start of the semester.
