A semester-length course for comprehensive (MNOHS-only) students who are employed. Students use work, either paid or volunteer, to earn academic credit. The teacher, called the work coordinator, supports good work habits, presents career options, and works collaboratively with the work site supervisor (the student’s boss) to help the student succeed both at work and academically. During this course, each student will build a creative transition plan based on their post-secondary goals with all the steps needed to reach them.
